Learning outcome and objective:
At the end of the course, students should be able to understand the various concepts of psychology, basic issues in industrial /organisational psychology, the goals, various fields and sub fields of psychology and its effect on human resources management will be looked into.

2)basic problems related to industrial/organisational psychology
3)Goals of psychology
4)different fields of psychology in relations to human resources

Methods of course assessment:
Evaluation will be carried out in respect with the university policy the lecture will present a written course outline with specific evaluation criteria at the beginning of the semester. Evaluation will be based on the following:
Tutorial Field Work And Test 20%
Term paper 10%
Semester exam 70%

Gilbert and gilbreth (1917) motion studies in relations to psychology ideas in human behaviour
Kosylin and Rosenberg(2001)scientific study of human behaviour and mental process.
