Learning Outcomes/Objectives:

By the end of the course, Students should be able to:
Understand the behaviour of employees in work organizations with particular attention to: the motivation of individuals to join and perform in organisations, to employee satisfaction with elements of the work environment, to emphasis on various management strategies to modify employee motivation and satisfaction.

This course includes the following lecture themes:

Evaluation will be carried out in accordance with the university policy. The lecturer will present a written course outline with specific evaluation criteria at the beginning of the semester. Evaluation will be based on the following:
