Learning outcome and objective:

By the end of the course students should be able to understand the characteristics of social work profession,it’s area of practice,principles,basics, and  values, ethics of social work.
Lecturing themes :
This course has the following thematic areas to be covered:
1)what are the characteristics of social work profession
2)understanding contemporary social issues
3)identifying the problems associated with social work practice
4)how best to solve such problems

E)Term paper and seminar presentation
           Methods of course assessment:
Evaluation will be carried out in respect with the university policy the lecture will present a written course outline with specific evaluation criteria at the beginning of the semester. Evaluation will be based on the following:
